Seiko Kato has unleashed her new website brimming with work which emphasizes the extreme and admirable patience which she dedicates to her work. Her uniquely styled 3D montages exude character, seeming illustruous and creepy at the same time, and her exuberant collages appear graceful while being astonishingly detailed. As an aside, she also maintains a collaborative blog with Joe Crocker if you want to see more of her meticulously detailed, playful work.

A graphic design student, Lucy Player recently finished her college brief “Scissors: A cut above the rest”, a book of cutting puns which was a simple and mixture of illustration and collage. Though she she “gets excited by pens and paper”  , she also has a few interesting screenprints and has dabbled in typography in the form of as the “bunny rabbit alphabet” an imaginative, and fun, take on something so fundamental.
